Does it sound crazy if we connect Physical health and business?

A business owner's days are not regulated like that of an employee.

In most cases there is no specific working hours too. With the advent of mobile phone the day starts early and ends late.

Irrespective of whether the business is doing well or not, the business owner has to keep himself engaged all through the day,
in futuristic planning,
strategising,
ensuring that routines are just fine,
to crisis management, etc.

The stress levels for an entrepreneur is higher than for an employee or a professional.

I have noticed that many business owners get into smoking, drinking, bunge eating etc. to handle pressure.

As such work stress being one of the foremost reasons for any disease, especially hypertension and diabetis, indulging in smoking, drinking and eating unhealthy food add fuel to fire.

Irrespective of whether they indulge in these or not the following will make their life far better:
  • Sleeping for a minimum of 7 hours a day
  • minimum of 2.30 to 3 hours per week of physical exercise, walking or playing (or)
  • meditation or yoga for 20 to 30 minutes a day
  • regulated eating
  • spending time with family and friends, and the most important
  • Checking the health every year
  • above all, be cheerful, always.
