Your Products and Services are good, or atleast that is what your customers say and believe. Same is time tested too and you are ready for expansion.

Each city even has a few firms which are into these kind of activities. You will find that the individuals or firms will be available for retainership for a fraction of the cost of establishing a new location. You are there, yet it is not pinching.

Moreover, multiple locations can be tried parallelly increasing the reach at a very affordable cost just at the cost of one location. Even before you start with this proposal, you have to be very clear about the deliverables from the oursourced agency/person, time frame of the contract, roles and responsibilities, limitations in commitments to the customers, onus of expenses etc. After all they will be representing your business to the customer and that cannot be taken lightly.

Beware, that these outsourcings have to be done only with references of your contacts, which will reduce  risk factor to the minimum.

Eventually, till a location is very successful and the branch is viable, this arrangement can continue, which will enhace the image of your business and induce  your customes choose you for the multi location advantage also.
